RENTAL AGREEMENT
1) Rent is due at the first of each month. If rent is not paid in a timely fashion (timely fashion as defined by the owner) the rental agreement is void and tenants must leave. The rental fee is ____________/month. One month minimum.
2) A copy of the tenant’s passport(s) is required. If no copy is received in a timely fashion (timely fashion as decided by the owners) the rental agreement is void and tenants must leave.
3) The cost of water is ________/unit.
4) The cost of electricity is __________/month plus an additional charge of ______/unit.
5) No alterations both to the house or grounds will be allowed without the permission of the owners.
6) If any part of house or furnishings are broken or damaged tenants will be required to replace or buy new item(s).
7) The owners must be notified and owner permission must be granted if someone other than the tenant(s) is staying at the rental unit.
8) A security deposit of ________________ is required. At the time of tenants departure the house will be inspected by the owner and tenant before the security deposit is returned. The price of any damaged, broken or missing items will be subtracted from the security deposit.
9) No unlawful activities will be condoned or tolerated. If unlawful activities take place, tenants will be required to leave immediately.
